• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling to support plant operations
• Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Operate mobile equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and forklifts, as needed
• Monitor and report any safety or operational issues to supervisors
• Support production teams with tasks that ensure continuous plant operation

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile and plant equipment
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies and safety standards

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20-$23 per hour
