Quality Technician – Batesville at Batesville, Imperial, PA.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

As the RDC Quality Technician, you will be responsible for assessing damaged product and restoring product to its factory original condition.

• The expected pay for this role is $19.50 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

• Repair metal and wood caskets to the original best quality
• Keep work area clean and always organized
• Work with and report to RDC Manager to keep inventory flow controlled
• Have sense of urgency regarding first in first out
• Other duties may be assigned

• Knowledge of metal and wood repair representing top quality
• Know how to organize work area to maximize productivity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI activities and initiatives

• Strong safety background while looking for continued areas of improvement
• 2 years related experience and/or training; and experience with an emphasis in auto body/wood repair field.
