Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Quality Technician – Batesville at Batesville, Imperial, PA.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Your Role At BatesvilleAs the RDC Quality Technician, you will be responsible for assessing damaged product and restoring product to its factory original condition.

- The expected pay for this role is $19.50 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

- Keep work area clean and always organized
- Work with and report to RDC Manager to keep inventory flow controlled
- Have sense of urgency regarding first in first out
- Other duties may be assigned
- Knowledge of metal and wood repair representing top quality
- Know how to organize work area to maximize productivity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI activities and initiatives
- Strong safety background while looking for continued areas of improvement
- 2 years related experience and/or training; and experience with an emphasis in auto body/wood repair field.
