Production Worker - Custom Modular Industry

Champion Modular, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the Liverpool, PA region. The office is located in scenic Central Pennsylvania along the Susquehanna River.

FLSA Status: Non‑exempt

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work at a fast‑moving and consistent manner.

• Perform all manual labor in the assigned area.
• Keep the area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Commitment to Champion Operating Principles.

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Standing, hand use, reaching, talking, hearing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling are regularly required. Frequently lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, occasionally more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
