• This position is hands‑on and requires a self‑starter mindset.
• Set up equipment for production to meet the production schedule and fulfill customer orders.
• Operate large equipment such as shredders and grinders for the majority of the shift.
• Manually load and unload product into and out of equipment.
• Remain on your feet, monitoring, adjusting, and attentively aware of the equipment you are operating.
• Use forklifts to transfer material within the production floor (not a forklift‑only position).
• Execute all safety protocols—safety is critical to success.

• Self‑starters willing to learn.
• A strong work ethic—dependable with good attendance.
• Ability to work a 12‑hour shift (7 pm–7 am OR 7 am–7 pm). Our work schedule rotates every 2 weeks: 36 h one week & 48 h the next, including every other weekend.
• Physical qualifications:
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift, throw, bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Work in both hot and cold conditions.
• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship required).
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.

• Starting rate up to $20.50 per hour (incl. overtime & shift differential).
