Position SummaryU.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday 10:00 am‑6:30 pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lifting duties: consistently lift 50 pounds throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use mechanical equipment or team lifts for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet while handling stock racks.
- Remain on the move, work on your feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as business needs arise.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

The employee must be able to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). The work environment may expose the employee to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
