Part Time Lab Inventory Tech

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable part time (20+ hours per week) Laboratory Inventory Technician to join our R&D team. This role is responsible for managing raw material inventory, pulling materials for production or laboratory use, and maintaining accurate records in our inventory management system. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Pull and stage raw materials for laboratory and production use according to schedule.
• Accurately track inventory data using our internal inventory management system.
• Receive, label, and store incoming materials in designated storage areas.
• Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory storage areas.
• Safely handle and transport materials, including lifting drums up to 50 lbs.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (forklift certification a plus).
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Communicate effectively with lab staff, production teams, and supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• 1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or laboratory support preferred.
• Ability to lift and move containers up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
• Forklift experience or certification is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
