Your ImpactAs a Blow Molding Packaging Technician, you’ll keep production lines moving by inspecting plastic bottles, packing finished goods, and keeping automated equipment clear of jams. You’ll help set each shift up for success by ensuring materials are available, labeling is accurate, and counts are recorded.
A Day in This RoleWhen you arrive on the floor, you stage materials and verify equipment readiness. As bottles move down the conveyor, you examine them for defects (holes, surface lines, or water spots) and pack only those that meet quality standards. You keep a close eye on automation, clearing potential jams and notifying your supervisor of any issues. Throughout the shift you label boxes and bags with the correct date and shift (using color‑coding), operate the bagger when needed, request replenishment of raw materials, and log production counts.
You’ll also support routine inventory activities and basic record keeping. Before shift end, you help leave the area organized for the next team.
On‑site at our Mars, PA facility. Monday–Friday, 11:30 PM–7:40 AM. Pay: $21 per hour.
