Production Assembler-1st Shift

Viwinco, Inc, a manufacturer of custom‑made, high‑performance, beautiful windows and patio doors, is seeking hard‑working, dedicated, and reliable 1st shift Production Workers to work at our Morgantown, PA headquarters. You will work in various areas of the production line, including assembling windows and patio doors, operating machinery as needed, ensuring production standards are met, finalizing products, and preparing them for shipping.

Compensation: $17.00/hr

Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (must be reliable); overtime and Saturdays required.

• Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
• Following production guidelines and specifications.
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
• Assembling products and parts.
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
• Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Following health and safety standards and wearing appropriate PPE.
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for a long period of time.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Steel‑toed shoes required (up to a $75 reimbursement once hired).
