About the role

Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. Our Clark facility is unique in the sense they have two buildings. The North building has a fruitier smell to it, the teams in that building are producing natural flavoring and essential oils. The South building is the complete opposite, it will have savory and garlic smells because the team is producing seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy.

The typical hiring range for this role is $30 to $35 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

This is a first shift opportunity as a Compo under.

Key responsibilities

The Line Operator is responsible for a number of tasks within the BOM Production area:

o Responsible for the raw material/packaging collection and scanning process

o Responsible for completing any compliance checks and documenting time and registration in the BOM Production Process

o Responsible for the raw material addition in the recipe/process sequencing process and consulted by the Line Lead before Process Step Confirmation

o Responsible for the identification of problems and escalation where applicable and involved in the project resolution and countermeasure process

o Responsible for foreign body controls, monitoring and controlling the line process, critical control point checks, visual standards adherence and traceability documentation completion processes as part of the overall in-flight quality check process

2. Responsible for the escalation procedure in the line performance management area and required to participate in daily huddles, production efficiency reviews, site meetings and attainment to plan reviews

3. Responsible for the Process Order Completion on SAP and involved in the production run quality and quantities reviews as part of Production Completion

4. Responsible for the Put away of finished goods, ancillary equipment and cleaning processes upon Production Completion

5. Consulted for the shift handover documentation process and responsible for cleaning, pre- and post maintenance cleaning and product changeover processes

6. Required to actively embrace their own training & development plan and participate in the performance management process

7. Responsible for a number of elements of the Standard Plant Depolyment and Development including:

o Responsible for selection and apportingment, role skills assessment and completion of the training and development plan linked to my success within the Deployment Process

o Responsible for role and system activation and participation in performance management process

o Responsible for the metrics and maturity process and the review and close processes within the development and improvement processes of Standard Plant

Qualifications and skills

Food manufacturing experience.

Compounding batches.

4 or more years.
