General Labor Assembly 1st & 2nd Shift

We provide comprehensive solutions including product engineering, project management, testing, stamping, molding, painting, plating, assembly, and shipping. Flex-N-Gate employs over 13,500 people across 50 manufacturing and 9 engineering facilities in North America, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Spain. Our products include lighting assemblies, structural components, bumper and fascia systems, brackets, receiver hitches, exterior trim, running boards, jacks, tools, spare tire hoists, hinges, checks, and latches.

Perform assembly, load and unload machines, inspect parts, handle materials weighing 10 pounds or more, clean, sweep, and perform general labor tasks. Use hand tools to insert screws and clips, read and write, walk, bend, carry, inspect, stoop, reach, twist, and stand intermittently. Work an 8-hour day, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

Preferred: 3-5 years manufacturing labor experience. Willingness to learn quality processes and inspection. Must be motivated, able to follow instructions, work well in a team, and maintain good attendance.

• Lift 35-50 pounds
