• Competitive Pay
• Hourly Pay: $17.00/hr
• Shift Differential: $0.75/hr - $2.00/hr, depending on shift and location
• The final offer (including level and pay) will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and abilities. Internal equity and market data will be considered.

• Operate baler equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and process scrap cardboard into the baler machine
• Create and remove baled bundles of cardboard
• Identify reusable boxes and stack, band, and prepare for shipment
• Support housekeeping and cleanliness across production areas
• Follow safety procedures and report any concerns to supervisors
• Perform all duties in compliance with company SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

• Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
• Skills & Competencies
  • Physical stamina to walk quickly for full shift on concrete floors
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly (up to 75 lbs)
  • Ability to stay focused and follow instructions consistently
  • Basic understanding of safety practices and machinery operation
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Physical Requirements
  • Stand/walk on concrete floors for extended periods
  • Lift and carry up to 75 lbs from floor to waist level
  • Push/pull loaded bins or pallets weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Climb step ladders and maintain balance while working at heights
  • Clear vision, peripheral awareness, and ability to distinguish colors
  • Ability to hear alarms and spoken instructions over plant noise
  • Stamina to walk quickly and work overtime or extended shifts as needed
