Position Overview

The Forklift Driver associate will be expected to contribute to the general manufacturing, production, and packaging of candy in accordance with the standards of the Company. This associate will perform all tasks in a safe manner with consideration to product quality. This associate will be expected to participate in problem solving to further develop lean manufacturing principles and world class manufacturing practices.

This Forklift Driver associate will contribute to the eCommerce Warehouse team when needed and will report to the eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor. When eCommerce duties are complete, this associate will contribute to the Warehouse Team in shipping and receiving and will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform each assigned task using the standard operating procedures with consideration of Safety, Quality, Engagement, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Operate forklift equipment lifting heavy items in accordance with company guidelines
  • Support shipping/receiving functions as requested
  • Pick and pack orders as assigned
  • Assist in taking of inventory
  • Rotate stock and inventory

    Delivery of product to reserve stock area
  • Handling repacks of product
  • Pack displays to fill orders
  • Assist with picking and packing orders as requested
  • Assist in conducting inventory counts for all brands
  • Follow in strict compliance of all Company safety directives
  • All other duties, as assigned
  • Labeling all Amazon orders
  • Help with displays/repacks for production
  • Cross train to help pick/pack orders for MN and Theo
