* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*** Champion Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values by demonstrating the behaviors that contribute to Lozier’s success.
* Set-up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications in order to obtain maximum productivity
* Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment
* Communicate problems pertaining to the set-up of equipment and tooling to Machine Operators, Supervisors and Technicians
* Follow-up with Machine Operators to ensure operation is running safely and efficiently
* Work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities throughout the shift
* Reliable attendance
* Maintain a safe, clean work environment
* Participate in continuous improvement projects
** PREFERRED

SKILLS:

*** Currently have or be able to obtain forklift license
* Able to read and understand blueprints
* Working knowledge of measuring tools such as a tape measure, caliper, protractor and micrometer
* Die setup experience in brake press, stamping or injection molding processes
* Basic troubleshooting skills
** Special Demands:
*** Able to lift up to 30 pounds consistently throughout the shift locations:
