Installation Assembly Technician – Royal Truck & Equipment

Royal Truck & Equipment is a leader in the traffic safety industry, specializing in the design and manufacture of truck‑mounted attenuator (TMA) trucks used in highway construction. We are seeking a full‑time Assembly Technician to join our team.

• Install components on TMA trucks and other chassis, including Class 5 and pickup trucks.
• Perform hydraulic hookups and electrical component assembly.
• Lifting and climbing to assemble parts as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Cross‑train in workstation duties.
• Fill out required documentation to support each process.
• Meet assembly deadlines and quality standards as defined in task documents.

• Common knowledge and use of basic hand tools.
• Strong assembly skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read print drawings and written instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands‑on attitude and self‑motivation.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and adjust to production schedules.
