Production Worker – All Shifts

The Production Worker will work in a heavy‑industrial manufacturing environment, applying quality knowledge and operating shop equipment while maintaining a safe and collaborative shop culture.

• 1st Shift (6:30 am – 2:45 pm)
  Laborer
  Brake Press Operator
  Burn Table Operator
  Maintenance Technician
• 2nd Shift (2:30 pm – 10:45 pm)
  Roll Operator
  Burn Table Operator
  Quality Inspector
  Brake Press Operator
  Fabricator
• 3rd Shift (10:30 pm – 6:45 am)
  Machine Operator
  Burn Table Operator
  Fabricator

• Operate an overhead crane to load, unload, and position material using lifting magnets, chains, and/or straps.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, sketches, and travelers to determine product specifications, drawing instructions, tool requirements, and operational sequences.
• Calculate dimensions, tolerances, and angles of steel products or machines using shop mathematics and knowledge of metal properties.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience safely operating equipment and tools in a production environment.
• Basic measurement skills.
• Ability to perform regular physical labor.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is helpful.
• Machine operation experience in a production environment is preferred.
