Bulk Pack Spider Lead - 3rd Shift
Bell & Evans
Job SummaryThe production lead is responsible for overseeing the Spider Lead area as well as helping to keep the department flowing efficiently while maintaining quality to a high standard.
Responsibilities- Department setup and tear down
- Ensure department needs are met during shift
- Communicate well with team members and ensure that their needs are met
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure KPI’s are being met
- Monitor quality and food safety standards are being met
- Maintain department efficiencies
- Make decisions about day-to-day operations
- High school diploma/general education degree (GED) or manufacturing experience performing similar roles
- Experience or training in area sanitation, food safety, or quality-based experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
