Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd Shift

*** Devault, PA
*** The Sanitation Supervisor plans and directs all activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of sanitation standards for production processes and equipment. This position will provide training, maintain documentation, develop strategies, and ensure standards and processes are followed.
** TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
** Experience in handling acid and bases Monitor wastewater discharges for permit requirements Performs other duties, as assigned, and follows through on requests in a timely manner

Experience:

** Bachelor of Science degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Minimum 3 years proven experience as Sanitation Supervisor or similar role.
2-5 years’ experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment. Knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, MSDS, 5S, RCA, GMP, FDA, SSOP’s, and chemical safety. Ability to understand and comply with government regulations

Must have the ability to quantitatively review technical procedures and representative regulations. Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications. Familiarity with Google features a plus.
