• Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report all safety concerns or issues to your immediate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and area by completing daily housekeeping assignments.
• Complete make‑ready in accordance with the Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.
• Complete all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks. Complete all press‑side quality checks.
• Operate the press to produce the product in accordance with customer specifications, maintaining quality, minimizing waste, and optimizing press efficiency.
• Maintain consistent quality during the production run. Critical quality checks include copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion. Ensure conformance to all other quality checks.
• Complete all related procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements as outlined in the BRC standard.
• Complete press make‑readies efficiently.
• Complete all required equipment maintenance duties.
• Cleans plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricates press as needed.
• Inputs all required information into the Globe Tek system for material usage and time accurately and promptly.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator and/or training.
• Physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch, reaching with arms and hands, and talking and hearing.
• Position requires frequent walking.
• Occasionally, an employee must climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Hourly pay: $25.00 - $30.00 + shift differential.

• Paid Holidays:
  New Year’s, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays.
