Pay rate starting at $17.00 per hour.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Trims arrows to length with table saw.
- Attaches points and nocks to arrow with glue or other adhesive product.
- Previous experience with hand and power tools a preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting a plus.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to keep workplace organized, efficient and neat.
- Archery experience a plus.
- Medical eligible 1st of the month after date of hire.
- Dental eligible 1st of the month after date of hire.
- Vision eligible 1st of the month after date of hire.
