Participate with the reliability and maintenance team to ensure personal safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.

• Learn and execute Precision Maintenance® techniques ensuring procedural compliance and meeting job tolerances.
• Execute technical troubleshooting tasks in collaboration with experienced maintenance personnel.
• Actively participate in maintenance training and reliability procedures for critical spares and parts.
• Implement quality commissioning procedures for rebuilt or new equipment.
• Assist maintenance craftsmen during precision maintenance assignments.
• Utilize MFI-approved CMMS to manage, document, and support reliability reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records and provide input for root cause analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Promote Michael Foods culture, values, and principles; serve as a role model for safe work behaviors.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, incorporating safety and health in all jobs and tasks.
• Apply GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure product quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report conditions that may affect food safety and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&.

• Prior experience in SAP.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
