Production Worker - Custom Modular Industry

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Reads and uses a tape measure.
• Reads blueprints and orders.
• Communicates well with coworkers.
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Must understand safety procedures.
• Must have good teamwork skills.
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles.

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
