Non‑exempt

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

• Perform all manual labor in the area to which assigned
• Keep area neat and clean
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
• Must understand safety procedures
• Must have good teamwork skills
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
