Our products are enjoyed across the U.S. and internationally, and we’re proud to launch our first U.S. manufacturing facility right here in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Position

Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators to support production operations. This role is responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment, accurately inputting production information, supporting material handling, and ensuring product quality. Machine Operators will rotate through multiple positions on the production line, helping maintain efficient operations and high-quality standards.

Schedule & Pay
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then repeat)
  • Day Shift: $20/hour
  • Night Shift: $22/hour

This schedule provides consistent, predictable time off and excellent work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Accurately enter production and machine data
  • Support material handling during production as needed
  • Perform mixer operations, ensuring correct ingredients and product consistency
  • Handle primary packaging duties (weights, labels, packaging materials)
  • Support secondary packaging (case packing, palletizing, staging finished product)
  • Rotate through different positions on the production line
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively as part of the production team
What We’re Looking For
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred (food manufacturing a plus)
  • Ability to learn machine operation and follow procedures
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Basic ability to input information into machines or systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
