• Operating the Stamping Press:
  Operating the machine to shape materials according to work orders and specifications.
• Setting up the Press:
  Preparing the machine for production runs by loading materials, adjusting dies, and setting parameters.
• Quality Control:
  Performing checks during and after production to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Material Handling:
  Loading and unloading materials, potentially including heavy items.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identifying and reporting machine malfunctions or issues.
• Maintaining Clean Workspace:
  Keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Following Safety Procedures:
  Adhering to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE.

• Mechanical Aptitude:
  Understanding of how machinery works and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Problem-solving
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during production.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job, particularly in quality control.
• Communication

  Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 pounds), and stand for extended periods.
• Safety Awareness:
  Understanding and adhering to all safety procedures.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A basic educational foundation is often required.

  Experience:
  
  Previous experience operating stamping presses or related machinery is often preferred.
