• Operates various grinding equipment (i.e. OD grinders, grinding wheels, grinding/polishing belts, etc.)
• Utilizes additional hand and power tools
• Use of gages, calipers, and other checking and inspection tools.
• Completes various paperwork related to production reporting.
• Operates lift truck, crane or uses hand truck to move materials.
• Inspects equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel for repairs and performs preventive maintenance as required.

• High School education or equivalent
• One year of previous manufacturing experience
• Safety glasses and safety boots are required.
• Perform the required duties in accordance safety guidelines and lean principles by complying with all safety procedures and all company policies.

• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memo.
