Manufacturing Technician – Join Our Team at ACC!
Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment? Advanced Chemical Company (ACC) is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support chemical processing, packaging, and shipping operations while upholding our core values of safety, teamwork, enthusiasm, and integrity.
This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of ACC’s Manufacturing (Product Division) while working with high-value materials in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll DoAssist the Lead Manufacturing Technician in all aspects of chemical processing, product preparation, and customer order fulfillment
Learn and support all operations within the Manufacturing area
Serve as a primary technician for cleaning, sorting, packaging, and shipping ACC’s high-value Precious Stone Process materials
Package and ship both hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
Perform custom, small-batch manufacturing of plating solutions
Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory control activities
Coordinate professionally with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and customers
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs in a self-directed work environment

Must-HavesAbility to pass a background check (BCI)
Physical ability to lift 50 lb bags and maneuver 55-gallon drums
Solid math skills and computer literacy
Ability to distinguish colors accurately
Professional, courteous communication with internal and external contacts
Bonus Points ForExperience using pumps, filters, mixing vessels, or pH meters
Basic chemistry knowledge related to safe chemical handling (acids, caustics, cyanide)
Experience with Fed Ex and UPS shipping processes
Chemical manufacturing or batch processing experience
Familiarity with hazardous material handling or HAZMAT / HAZWOPER protocols
Forklift certification or warehouse experience
Understanding of standard weighing units (troy ounces, pounds, etc.)
Strong, consistent, and transferable work history
