In this role, you will be responsible for carefully packing flowers into small containers, ensuring they are ready for distribution. • Carefully pack flowers into small containers according to specifications.
• Inspect flowers for quality, discarding any that do not meet company standards.
• Label and organize packed containers for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Ability to handle delicate items with care and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Prior experience in packing or a similar role is preferred but not required.
