We are seeking a Hand Repair Operator whose primary duties include performing precise manual repairs and rework on electronic assemblies, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and components.

Position: Full-time – 5/8 schedule (7:00A-3:30P) – In Person Only

Location: Quintech Electronics and Evertz USA headquarters, Indiana, PA

Additional Duties:

• Perform hand soldering and rework of through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Identify and repair manufacturing defects, including solder bridges, open circuits, and component misplacement.
• Inspect and verify assemblies for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Utilize magnification tools, microscopes, and other inspection equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and drawings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repair and rework activities.
• Adhere to company quality standards, ESD handling procedures, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in process improvements and continuous quality initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Experience with soldering, de-soldering, and inspection process in compliance with IPC standards.
• Strong attention to detail and technical dexterity.
• 2+ years of experience in hand repair, rework, or assembly within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Be results oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Hours of work: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
