Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $28–$34/hr based on experience
Schedule: 12-hour shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotating schedule-will work 2 weekends a month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support machinery and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. Welding experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime
• Clean, grease, and service manufacturing equipment
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of:
• Hydraulics
• Conveyors
• VFDs
• Electrical systems
• Pneumatics
• Automation equipment
• Feeders, mills, kilns
• Read and interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Safely use hand tools and power tools

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong mechanical background
• Drug and background screening
• Receptive to coaching and feedback
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Capable of repetitive movements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
