What You'll Do
As an SMT Operator at Intervala, you'll be the heartbeat of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a mechanical mindset and a passion for learning in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.

You will:

• Assist with setup, loading, and staging of SMT products
• Perform feeder setup and tear-down for pick-and-place machines
• Support SMT machine operators during production runs
• Manually place surface mount and through-hole components
• Help assemble high-tech electronic products that power critical industries
• Read and follow blueprints, load plans, and job specs with accuracy
• Hone your attention to detail in a role where precision = success

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or GED - no experience required!
• Ability to read technical documents and small print
• Beginner knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Strong mechanical aptitude and focus on quality
• An eye for detail and the ability to work with tiny, intricate parts
• Bonus points if you're familiar with IPC-610 standards
