Job Details for 1st Shift 2nd Shift Woodworking & Framing Associate:

• Starting Pay Rate:
  • $16 for 1st shift
  • $17 for 2nd shift
  • Higher pay for directly applicable experience
  • Eligible for performance bonuses $100 - $500 monthly
• Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11pm
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

Job Responsibilities for 1st Shift 2nd Shift Woodworking & Framing Associate:

• Regularly lift up to 60lbs manually - lumber and wood components
• Use power tools and hand tools such as nail gun, staple gun, and drills
• Follow blueprints and written work instructions to assemble structures and framing
• Manually and visually inspect product
• Conduct measurement inspections such as size dimensions and weight

Job Requirements for 1st Shift 2nd Shift Woodworking & Framing Associate:

• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION REQUIRED - This position is not bus accessible
• For SAFETY reasons - MUST be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• 1+ year of previous experience strongly preferred - carpentry, woodworking, cabinetry, wood assembly, or framing experience ideal
• Consistent employment record
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 60 lbs. for extended periods.
