• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment at the facility as required.
• Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
• Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
• Complete required daily paperwork, documenting parts and material usage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May serve as a backup to production line workers.
• Understand and follow plant safety rules, including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is used where required.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

• Minimum Qualifications:
• • 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of experience in a position equivalent to this role.
  • 0 years of experience managing people or projects.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• Required to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) – experience with HMI’s, work orders, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Team members must provide their own tools, except in California locations where tools will be provided.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• • 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 years of experience in a position equivalent to this role.
  • 2 years of experience managing people or projects.
