Full Time Manual Labor Pennsylvania, Royersford, PA, US

Salary Range: $32.28 To $34.48 Annually

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting technical drawings, using precision measuring tools, and optimizing machining processes for efficiency and accuracy.

• Read, interpret, and follow work orders, engineering drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Set up, operate, and monitor multiple CNC machines simultaneously to meet production requirements.
• Measure and verify setups and finished parts using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gages, height gages, indicators, and comparators.
• Edit and adjust CNC programs to maintain quality and improve efficiency.
• Select appropriate tooling and create/implement work holding solutions to maximize productivity.
• Machine parts to required specifications and tight tolerances.
• Accurately record production time, materials, and job data in manufacturing systems.
• Safely operate all equipment and follow established procedures; perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
• Minimum of one (1) year CNC machining experience in a manufacturing, military, or technical school environment.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, technical drawings, and production documentation.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools to inspect parts accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate required machinery and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of CNC machining or related experience.
• Experience operating manual machines (lathe, mill, grinder).
• Strong technical aptitude with solid understanding of machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
