- Immediate opening on 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm with overtime available as needed.
- Work in a fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing environment where every day brings new challenges and custom projects.
- Team members may have opportunities to assist in different areas of the shop depending on workload, providing valuable cross-training and skill development.
- Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines, including Okuma Horizontal Mills, Vertical Mills, and Turn Lathes.
- Read work instructions, perform machine setups, and produce quality parts that meet customer specifications.
- Support production needs, maintain efficient workflow, and assist in other manufacturing areas when required.
- Competitive pay ranging from $18-$25/hr, based on experience and skill level.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term career growth in a stable manufacturing environment.
- Work on custom orders rather than repetitive production runs, keeping the work interesting and engaging.
- Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience, preferably in a manufacturing, fabrication, or sheet metal environment.
- Ability to set up and operate CNC equipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and willing to work in different areas of the shop as business needs change.
