Job Title: Line Leader II - 1st Shift
Location: Macungie, PA 18062 (Onsite)
Type: 6 month Contract To Hire
Pay: $20.00 -$24.00/hour
Schedule: M-F, 7:00AM - 3:00PM
OverviewSystem One is hiring a Line Leader II to support 1st shift pharmaceutical packaging operations at a pharmaceutical and biotechnology packaging& clinical supply company. This role helps lead day-to-day line execution, ensures GMP documentation is completed correctly, and supports safe, efficient production in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Lead/coordinate packaging line activities and communicate work orders to the team
- Ensure accurate, timely batch record documentation (GMP)
- Monitor line performance, quality, and safety; escalation personnel/production issues as needed
- Support changeovers, startups, clean checks, and daily task completion
- Help train peers and assist with production metrics and troubleshooting
- Pharma (or related) inspection experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree w/ relevant experience OR Associate’s w/ 3–5 years pharma packaging experience (or equivalent)
- Prior leadership experience required
- Strong documentation skills; proficient with Excel/Word
- Must pass GMP assessment during orientation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
