Key Responsibilities- Set up precast concrete production beds using drawings, layouts, reveals, and steel plates.
- Read and interpret blueprints to install blockouts and ensure products meet specifications.
- Monitor concrete placement and casting operations to maintain quality standards.
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and other production machinery.
- Assist with equipment setup for casting, finishing, and production processes.
- Perform finishing work such as grinding, cleaning, and surface preparation of concrete products.
- Safely rig, move, and secure finished products using clamps and lifting equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting daily production goals.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions with little to no climate control and regularexposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibrations, varying lighting conditions, stairs, and narrow walkways.
- Requires the ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs., walk, climb, bend, reach, use hand tools with force, maintainspatial awareness and depth perception, and communicate effectively in a busy industrial environment.
- Ability to carry out complex verbal instructions.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
