Founded in 2005 and based in Fredericksburg, PA, we are a poultry producer committed to quality, food safety, and efficient manufacturing. Our operations include processing, deboning, tray packing, and whole-bird packaging. We are adding 2–3 day-shift Production Supervisors to lead our teams, support employee development, and improve production performance.

• Day-Shift Opportunities:
  We are hiring 2–3 Production Supervisors.
• Hands-On Leadership:
  Lead and develop a team of approximately 25–50 employees.

  Help improve production efficiency, product quality, yields, and labor utilization.

  Work closely with production leadership, maintenance, and quality teams.

• Supervise daily operations within an assigned production or packaging department.
• Coordinate production line activities to meet orders, quality standards, and customer specifications.
• Manage staffing, line coverage, attendance, and employee assignments.
• Train, coach, and develop approximately 25–50 employees; communicate expectations and address performance concerns.
• Monitor and report production yields, efficiencies, and labor utilization.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP plans, GMP requirements, and required food safety records.
• Enforce safety practices and applicable USDA, OSHA, EEO, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance and plant leadership to keep equipment and work areas operating safely and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve material utilization, processes, and productivity through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Lead team meetings and maintain training and operational documentation.
• Work effectively with other managers and USDA representatives.
• Stay informed about relevant poultry processing technologies and systems.
• Learn departmental operations and support additional production responsibilities as needed.

• Associate degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a production environment. The source description also allows relevant business coursework as a substitute.
• Experience in food production or packaging; poultry processing experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing production teams, staffing, employee training, and daily production goals.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, quality standards, and safe manufacturing practices.
• Proven ability to monitor production performance and support continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, reading, writing, math, and analytical skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work onsite on day shift, with flexibility as production needs require.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and work in a cold, wet, humid poultry processing environment with exposure to animal by-products.
