Production Laborer

Job Details Description Production  Laborer – Mahanoy City, PA Permanent/Full Time,

Shift: Open Perform production labor work necessary to assist with the manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete products.

Salary Range: $21.70

Key Responsibilities Set up precast concrete production beds using drawings, layouts, reveals, and steel plates.

Read and interpret blueprints to install blockouts and ensure products meet specifications.

Monitor concrete placement and casting operations to maintain quality standards.

Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and other production machinery.

Assist with equipment setup for casting, finishing, and production processes.

Perform finishing work such as grinding, cleaning, and surface preparation of concrete products.

Safely rig, move, and secure finished products using clamps and lifting equipment.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting daily production goals.

Requirements Must be able to work in all weather conditions with little to no climate control and regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibrations, varying lighting conditions, stairs, and narrow walkways.

Requires the ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs., walk, climb, bend, reach, use hand tools with force, maintain spatial awareness and depth perception, and communicate effectively in a busy industrial environment.

Ability to carry out complex verbal instructions.

Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct.

Ability to work overtime when required.
