AboutThe Role
The Operator I perform production tasks to support manufacturing output, product quality, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for operating equipment, handling materials, and following standard work instructions within production environments. Success in this role results in consistent production output, adherence to quality standards, and safe execution of manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do- Operate production equipment under supervision following standard work instructions and procedures.
- Load materials and support setup activities ensuring production requirements are met.
- Follow production schedules and instructions ensuring output targets are achieved consistently.
- Assist with equipment startup and shutdown procedures as directed by supervision.
- Maintain consistent execution of assigned production tasks across operational workflows.
- Inspect products ensuring compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
- Follow SOPs and work instructions ensuring consistency across all production processes.
- Report defects, deviations, and process issues to supervision promptly.
