The Full Time Production Assistant builds and maintains Lancaster Archery Manufacturing inventory levels to fulfill incoming orders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assemble and package all Lancaster Archery Manufacturing products
· Maintain inventory to quickly fulfill orders
· Maintain inventory levels and submit quarterly inventory reports
Other Duties:
· Assist Production and Fletching Departments
· Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· Experience with hand tools
· Strong mathematical abilities and problem resolution skills
· Able to work in fast paced environment and adapt to frequently changing priorities
· Able to work independently and in a team
