The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a medical device manufacturing company located in the Harleysville, PA area. In this role, you’ll run daily management, solve problems at the line, and own safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity results.
Shift: 1st
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop production associates, including hiring input and corrective action
- Run shift start-ups, KPI scorecards, and tiered meetings
- Execute the weekly schedule, adjusting staffing to meet demand
- Lead structured problem solving (A3, root cause) on downtime, quality, and delivery
- Partner with Quality and Engineering
- Bachelor’s in a technical/business field or comparable experience
- 3+ years manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; medical device experience preferred
