We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery
- Packing (Machine Operator, Subway Packing)-2nd Shift to join our team at our Hazleton, PA bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery
- Packing-2nd Shift
, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring packaging equipment to ensure the efficient flow of finished products through the packaging process while maintaining food safety, product quality, labeling accuracy, and production efficiency standards.

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
• Weekend Availability: Required as needed based on production schedules.

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to support safe and efficient production operations.
• Monitor packaging processes to maintain product quality, labeling accuracy, and production throughput.
• Verify food safety controls and support HACCP compliance to ensure product integrity.
• Inspect and validate case labeling information, including lot codes, use-by dates, and product codes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates across shifts.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math, recordkeeping, and timekeeping skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve routine operational issues.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and climb throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds and frequently carry items weighing more than 20 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production demands.
