CNC Operators needed for an amazing company in Limerick! 1st shift

Hours:

6:30am to 3:00pm 2nd Shift

Hours:

2:45pm to 11:15pm Benefits include:

-Responsibilities:
Operate assigned CNC Swiss machines to produce parts that meet the dimensional specifications of the mechanical engineered drawing Measure, inspect, and load/unload parts from the assigned machine Implement dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed Break down and store tooling specific to the job Make minor program edits for part size Conduct basic machine changeovers Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets Inspect product in accordance with all verbal and/or written instructions, such as part drawings, travelers, work instructions, and process specifications Work with other machine operators and management to ensure good manufacturing practices, inspection techniques, SOPs, and safety regulations every day Ensure compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to the role Requirements:
* 2+ years" experience in Machining/Tool & Die making or model making, preferably in the medical device area
* Ability to proficiently use CNC and manual mills, lathes, and EDM machines
* Mastercam or related CAM experience a BIG plus
* High school diploma or GED required Required Education, Skills, and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude Ability to perform visual inspection of small parts using a microscope, with strong attention to detail Ability to work with little or no supervision; well organized with the ability to multi-task Team player who is open to new ideas, self-motivated, and willing to continually increase personal knowledge and value Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas Ready to build your career in precision CNC Swiss machining?
