The Quality Control Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of product excellence and efficiency on the production line. This position is responsible for conducting visual inspection of products for quality, manually transferring finished products into packaging, and preparing packaged products for shipment.
Responsibilities:- Inspects/packages production on assigned machines to ensure product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Prepares packing materials and ensures materials, labels, and finished product meets specifications.
- Maintains all job-related documents and transactions per the QMS.
- Loads data in the production monitoring system
- Sorts nonconforming product as directed by Shift Supervisor or Management.
- Manually/semi-automatically assemble medical devices and operate assembly equipment, as applicable.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
No formal education required.

- Self-motivated to learn and perform job tasks to meet or exceed customer and company expectations.
