• $18 – $30/hr based on experience.
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Overtime available but rarely required.

• Build custom plastic tanks, enclosures, and fabricated products.
• Read and work from blueprints and drawings.
• Cut, fit, and weld plastic components.
• Work on unique, one‑off projects (not repetitive production work).
• Take a job from raw material to finished product.

We provide full‑paid training for every position.

• Welding (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Carpentry or construction.
• Machine shop or fabrication work.

• Clean, well‑lit, climate‑controlled shop (never freezing in winter).
• No welding fumes, sparks, or burn hazards like steel.
