Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for Line Lead openings! These long term opportunities offer full time hours. Positions are currently available on all shifts! Pay is $/hr based on shift.
Responsibilities- assist in directing employee activities in an assigned manufacturing room
- ensure products packaged meet customer/company standards
- perform line duties as needed
- ensure batch record entries are made
- assist in production performance metrics reporting
- complete room line/area changeovers including startups and lot changes
- assist in training as needed
- Candidates for this role must have a degree - Associates w/ 3 years experience in pharma/medical device manufacturing OR a Bachelors degree w/ 1 year experience in pharma/medical device manufacturing.
- Good documentation, organization, and planning skills are a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office is needed.
- Leadership experience is a must.
