We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Fabric & Home Care business unit and help shape the future of fragrance-driven consumer experiences across the Middle East & North Africa.
Based in Dubai and reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for Fabric & Home Care
, you will combine market intelligence, creative storytelling, category expertise, and client partnership to support our business growth and bring our fragrance innovations to life.

Key Responsibilities 1. Market & Consumer Leadership- Build in-depth understanding of market, consumer, and category dynamics across Fabric & Home Care.
- Track macro trends, competitive activities, emerging brands, and innovations shaping the category.
- Lead consumer and market analyses to identify gaps, white spaces, and business opportunities
. - Partner with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) to gather behavioural, attitudinal, and olfactive learnings.
- Synthesize insights into clear strategic recommendations for internal and client teams.
- Translate market and consumer insights into engaging concepts, visuals, and fragrance directions
. - Drive the creation of proactive marketing tools, trend stories, and promotional materials.
- Craft compelling and visually rich narratives that connect olfactive directions to consumer emotions and needs.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables harmonize with Givaudan branding and creative guidelines.
- Support technologies, ingredients, and fragrance launches with strong storytelling and category relevance.
- Create and deliver tailored, high-impact presentations for key clients across the region.
- Lead immersive client experiences
—workshops, market immersions, innovation sessions and displays, conceptualizing corporate stands for trade shows and exhibitions while managing agencies during design and fabrication stages - Collaborate with Sales, Evaluation, and Creation to align on fragrance directions that strengthen our winning strategy in briefs.
- Position Givaudan as a strategic partner by identifying opportunities that differentiate the client's brand.
- Support occasional global client projects
, representing MENA consumer and market perspective.
- Work closely with the Creation, Evaluation, CMI, Sampling, Sales, and Communications teams to deliver unified, high-quality outputs.
- Engage with the global marketing community to share MENA insights and ensure alignment with worldwide initiatives.
- Contribute to internal category knowledge building and support regional and global marketing programs.
- Manage multiple marketing projects from briefing to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain a high standard of organization, prioritization, and attention to detail across all tasks.
- Continuously seek ways to elevate the quality of concepts, visuals, presentations, and customer experiences.
