• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Instagram and Tik Tok
• Create, edit, and publish engaging video and animation content that aligns with brand messaging
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and compliance with health guidelines
• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to pediatric health

• Proven experience scaling social media accounts, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok, for health, wellness, or related sectors
• Advanced skills in video production, animation, and content creation for social platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
