Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Assists with creation, implementation, and execution of casino events.
• Coordinates travel transportation for cross-property groups and vendors.
• Participates in the creative approval process regarding direct mail and event offers to ensure mailings are approved in a timely basis and meet established deadlines.
• Participates at events, parties, and promotions.
• Ensures effective communication to all Marketing divisions.
• Compiles and prepares information fact sheets regarding monthly direct mail offers, promotions, host events, and all other Marketing activities and informs property managers, Marketing, and other affected departments in a timely manner.

• Minimum of High School Diploma with one (1) year of related experience, preferably in Marketing, special events/promotions or related industry.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
