Kaleidoscope ABA is looking for its newest addition to the team. The Marketing Coordinator position is an integral part of Kaleidoscope ABA's mission to deliver therapeutic services to children with autism.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and is based out of our Bryn Mawr, PA location. This individual will work specifically with the Marketing and Business Development Team, as well as several internal departments and outside agencies, to develop high quality marketing activities that promote the company's business.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive annual marketing plan to achieve stated business objectives
  • Assist internal and external partners in creating and delivering marketing activities
  • Partner with internal staff to coordinate promotional meetings and presentations
  • Support field staff with their need for marketing material
  • Craft content for various platforms, newsletters, email marketing, manage social media presence, and ensure brand consistency
  • Assist with social media marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing tools
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct customer and stakeholder surveys
  • Conduct data analysis, including monitoring of in-market performance and building custom reports
  • Handle management of project meetings and timelines, hold key stakeholders accountable to ensure all efforts stay on track
  • Perform other related duties
Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or another related field
  • 3 to 5 years successful marketing and promotion experience
  • Budget or P&L management experience
  • Proven organizational, time‑management and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and be a strong collaborator in a cross‑functional team
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Power Point
  • Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office 5 days per week

Working Conditions
  • Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds is sufficient to cause distraction
  • Considerable stress may occur at times due to the pressure of meeting service requirements
  • Hours of work: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; must fulfill the duties of the position regardless of the number of hours worked. May vary depending on current recruitment projects. See offer letter for assigned hours. May be changed at any time based on changing company needs
  • Performing these duties on a full‑time basis is an essential function of this position
